Entry-level placement supporting hyperscale data centre infrastructure. Responsibilities include installing, repairing, replacing, and decommissioning hardware; conducting inspections, preventative maintenance, cabling and port testing; managing spare-parts inventory; documenting repairs; coordinating with technical teams; and responding to critical hardware issues. The programme provides hands-on experience with mission-critical systems, reliability engineering, networking, power, cooling, automation, and controls in a safety-focused U.S. environment.

Analyzes financial data and supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, procurement, and strategic planning. Develops financial models, explains variances and trends, advises leadership on financial performance, manages budget codes and purchase requisitions, and improves finance and procurement processes. Collaborates with stakeholders across functions and geographies while providing accurate reporting, recommendations, and ad hoc analytical support.

Leads the US Talent Acquisition and sourcing team, partnering with hiring managers and executives to improve recruiting delivery. Establishes recruiting metrics, market intelligence, processes, tools, and best practices; develops early-career and diversity recruiting strategies; strengthens employer branding; and ensures an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience.
