Lead enterprise new-logo sales strategy and a high-performing team to acquire large clients. Drive complex transformation deals across mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud, manage pipeline, forecasting, pricing, contracts, and executive relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.

Lead installation, maintenance, tuning, and troubleshooting of z/OS and related system software. Support incidents, changes, and complex projects, guide junior staff, liaise with vendors, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure mainframe availability and stability.

Lead a global strategic pursuits function, managing Solution Principals and Architects to win large multi-tower deals. Build C-suite relationships, drive solution architecture and delivery, scale pursuit operations, establish KPIs and thought leadership, and ensure measurable business impact from cloud, hybrid IT, and modernization engagements.

Senior technical authority for IBM AIX and Power Systems architecture, engineering, migration, performance tuning, automation, and resiliency. Lead large-scale OS and hardware migrations, own lifecycle management, incident escalation/RCA, HA/DR design, and mentor L3 engineers while ensuring governance, compliance, and vendor coordination.
