Serves as the front desk representative, welcoming visitors and supporting residents and staff. Manages badges, keys, access systems, supplies, building issues, service calls, conference rooms, and kitchens. Provides basic technology support, coordinates with facilities teams and vendors, maintains building and resident knowledge, and assists with broader Operations team tasks.

Write, edit, and publish clear, audience-specific content across email, web, social, events, and campaigns. Manage content schedules, coordinate with designers and vendors, support website updates and basic SEO, track performance metrics, and maintain communications assets and founder-facing resources. Collaborate cross-functionally and assist the Senior Manager on projects, using HubSpot and other tools to support program communications and reporting.
