Lead design and implementation of end-to-end product features, drive technical decisions, use AI tools to accelerate development, support teammates through code reviews and standards, and continuously improve architecture, tooling, testing, and developer experience to deliver reliable production software for financial advisors.

Build and maintain full-stack product features using React, Mantine/Tailwind, Java/Kotlin, and Postgres. Own features from implementation through deployment, collaborate with Product and Design, improve testing, observability, and developer tooling, use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve product and engineering practices.
