Employer Direct Healthcare Benefits Overview

Own a portfolio of approximately 10 emerging-market healthcare client accounts while managing and coaching 3–4 Client Success Managers. Drive renewals, retention, revenue growth, escalations, reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Partner closely with the VP of Client Success on segment strategy, team development, account health, operational improvements, and standardized playbooks. The role is remote in the US and requires travel as needed.

Manage a portfolio of clients and brokers to ensure delivery and long-term value. Own execution of account plans, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, resolve service issues, drive adoption, retention, upsell, and maintain CRM data hygiene while supporting engagement marketing.

The Client Success Executive manages key client relationships, develops strategies for retention and growth, and leads client success initiatives while mentoring account managers and ensuring satisfaction.
