Lead end-to-end M&A integrations: join deals pre-close to run operational diligence and Day 1 planning, then run post-close integration management (IMO, workstreams, ERP/finance migrations, TSA scoping). Embed at newly acquired software companies to operationalize strategy, run weekly operating cadence, lead cross-functional execution workstreams, align leadership on scorecards, and rotate across portfolio companies providing hands-on and board-level support to drive ARR growth and profitability.

Build and maintain detailed FP&A models and standardized reporting; own quarterly forecasts; partner with accounting to fix data quality; run ad-hoc unit-economics and cash runway analyses and present findings to executives and investors.

Design and operate GTM data pipelines, integrate AI workflows, manage Salesforce configurations, and partner with sales/marketing to improve system efficiency.
