Provides the technical layer behind Customer Success by improving implementation handoffs, enabling Account Managers, leading post-go-live discovery and solutioning, and resolving escalations. The role diagnoses CRM, workflow, integration, reporting, and AI-agent issues; develops configuration guidance and enablement materials; coordinates with Support, Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Professional Services; and translates customer needs into scalable solutions and best practices for higher education use cases.

Serve as Element451’s first in-house attorney, owning commercial contract negotiations and advising on privacy, accessibility, insurance, disputes, public records, employment, and corporate matters. Draft and negotiate MSAs, DPAs, amendments, and partner agreements; establish legal templates and approval processes; support FERPA, GDPR, and state privacy compliance; manage risk and coordinate specialized matters with outside counsel.

The Solutions Engineer will create and deliver personalized demos and proof-of-concepts for an AI platform serving higher education. Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives, configuring AI agents and workflows, tracking POC success metrics, and ensuring data security, FERPA compliance, and accessibility. The role also develops reusable demo assets and promotes internal AI fluency while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Lead post-sales integrations for Element451: validate SOWs, architect and scope SIS and other integrations, run engineering delivery through build/UAT/go-live, operate maintenance and live support, set processes/tooling, partner with Product to productize integrations, and measure delivery KPIs.
