Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives, configuring AI agents and workflows, tracking POC success metrics, and ensuring data security, FERPA compliance, and accessibility. The role also develops reusable demo assets and promotes internal AI fluency while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
