Performs hands-on barrel and rack plating operations in a manufacturing environment. Sets up and operates plating equipment, monitors and adjusts chemical solutions, processes and inspects parts, maintains production and chemical logs, and follows safety, environmental, PPE, and hazardous-material procedures. Requires at least five years of industrial electroplating or metal-finishing experience. First- and second-shift positions are available, with overtime and a $2 per hour second-shift differential.

Leads strategic sourcing and procurement across five manufacturing business units. Develops commodity strategies, negotiates supplier agreements, delivers cost savings, develops alternate suppliers, improves quality and delivery, manages VMI and logistics sourcing, monitors commodity markets and supply risks, and standardizes procurement processes. Partners with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance on supplier selection, value engineering, inventory performance, and continuous improvement.

Owns the full lifecycle and strategic roadmap for switches and meters, from product development proposals through global expansion and acquired-product integration. Responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, pricing and profitability modeling, ERP/CRM data analysis, technical communications, portfolio strategy, and customer-facing field leadership. The role requires approximately 25% travel and operates in combined manufacturing and office environments.

Supports manufacturing quality through work instruction and calibration procedure development, training, audits, incoming inspection, final testing, non-conformance investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC, quality trend analysis, and continuous improvement. Provides hands-on support across manufacturing, materials, engineering, and sales while maintaining ISO 9001 quality practices and calibration programs.

Processes and applies customer payments, maintains accurate accounts, supports billing and collections, researches discrepancies, performs reconciliations, prepares invoices and shipment documentation, and assists with accounts payable and clerical accounting tasks. The role requires accurate data entry, customer communication, spreadsheet use, and collaboration with the Accounting team.
