Lead mechanical design of robotic hands and actuation modules: select components, build prototypes (3D print, CNC), perform basic FEA, define and run test plans, iterate designs with cross-functional teams to meet performance requirements.

Provide executive support and manage office operations: complex calendar and travel coordination, expense and AP/AR workflows, vendor onboarding, document control, facilities management, shipping/receiving and customs coordination, procurement and supplies, team events, and operational troubleshooting to keep engineering and leadership focused.

Develop and debug firmware and electrical systems for a battery-operated robotic manipulation platform: customize motor driver PCBAs, perform PCBA bringup and validation, design cable harnesses, and integrate power electronics and peripherals.

Develop and implement reinforcement and supervised learning algorithms for robotic manipulation, build simulations and domain randomization, optimize model architectures and data pipelines for sample efficiency, and deploy, evaluate, and debug policies on physical robots.

Develop and train computer vision and visual representation pipelines for robotic manipulation (RGB, RGB-D, depth, segmentation, pose, keypoints). Build perception models to support RL and imitation policies, improve synthetic/real data pipelines, evaluate models on real robots, calibrate sensors, and collaborate with robotics and simulation engineers to iterate on models and data for robust deployment.

Develop, scale, and optimize physics-based GPU simulators; evaluate and extend physics engines; improve contact-rich manipulation realism; and build tools and workflows to validate, tune, and deploy simulation assets for training robotics policies.

Lead end-to-end hardware testing for robotic subsystems and full arms: define test strategies, design and build custom fixtures, run functional/environmental/stress tests, analyze failures, and drive certification (ISO, IP) and documentation for product requirements and regulatory filings.

Design, optimize, and maintain the full robotics software stack: profile and reduce latency, build logging/monitoring and validation pipelines, run system-identification experiments, deploy ML models to edge devices, author production C++ and Python code, ensure performance and scalability, and integrate safety functions compatible with ML components.

Support Head of Operations translating strategy into execution: build repeatable processes, financial models, and operating plans; coordinate cross-functional initiatives; manage vendors and procurement; support fundraising, board materials, and ad-hoc finance, legal, and partnership projects; own systems implementation and last-mile execution to enable scaling.

Lead product direction for dexterous robotics: gather customer insights, own roadmap and PRDs, evaluate technical feasibility with engineering, perform competitive analysis, and support go-to-market and certification strategy.

Design, implement, and maintain large-scale ML/RL training infrastructure: job orchestration, scheduling, checkpointing, experiment tracking, developer tooling, distributed training, and resource management for cloud compute.
