The Accounting Manager oversees full-cycle accounting, month-end close, revenue recognition, AP, inventory, fixed assets, payroll, cash management, reporting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controls. The role will improve accounting processes through AI workflows, automation, ERP capabilities, and scalable controls. This position partners with Finance and business stakeholders on analysis, budgeting, KPIs, and accounting insights while supporting organizational growth and future SOX readiness.

Lead Eight Sleep’s global privacy and regulatory legal programs, covering CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, FTC and consumer protection, advertising, subscriptions, biometric and health data, cross-border transfers, healthcare regulation, and AI governance. Serve as embedded counsel to product and engineering while supporting commercial contracts, litigation, product counseling, market entry, and legal operations. Build scalable legal programs and processes as an early in-house generalist in a fast-growing consumer technology company.

The Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting, oversee accounts reconciliation, ensure compliance with GAAP, support audits, and improve accounting processes.
