Manage strategic customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, driving product adoption, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include platform walkthroughs, account performance monitoring, deployment and adoption strategies, risk and opportunity forecasting, renewal support, issue coordination, process documentation, and communicating customer feedback internally. The role requires data analysis, product expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of customer success processes.

Leads Egnyte’s brand and creative direction across print and digital channels. Manages designers, freelancers, and agencies; oversees creative requests, priorities, budgets, and timelines; provides design feedback; creates finished work; maintains brand guidelines and templates; presents to executives; and partners with marketing, sales, and product teams. Requires occasional travel for company events and a hybrid schedule from a U.S. office.

Leads deal desk activities supporting renewals and direct sales by structuring complex and non-standard deals, developing pricing strategies, managing revenue recognition requirements, and improving profitability and sales-cycle efficiency. Partners with Sales, Renewals, Product Management, Marketing, and enablement teams; establishes scalable processes, metrics, and practices across geographies; and leads high-performing teams.

Own Egnyte’s Financial Services and Insurance product strategy, translating industry workflows into product use cases, requirements, and priorities. Influence product managers’ roadmaps, define AI agents and document extraction capabilities, support strategic customers and sales opportunities, and collaborate on positioning, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics. Represent the company at industry events and customer advisory sessions.

Develop financial-services-focused product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market campaigns for Egnyte. Enable sales with industry sales plays and content, lead solution launches, create thought leadership, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition and retention.
