Leads clinical trial data management across the full study lifecycle, including database design, validation, data cleaning, reconciliation, query resolution, reporting, database freeze and lock. Serves as the primary sponsor liaison, oversees timelines and deliverables, delegates work, mentors team members, supports testing and training, maintains study documentation, and drives process improvement. Uses centralized data management platforms and clinical analytics to ensure high-quality, compliant data deliverables.

Own roadmaps and deliver platform capabilities for APIs, data connectors, metadata exchange, ingestion, and AI-enabled automation. Collaborate with engineering, UX, architecture, services, and customers to translate complex integration problems into scalable, reusable platform features. Use AI-assisted discovery, measure adoption and quality, and support launches, documentation, and customer enablement.

Hands-on technical leader who designs, builds, and deploys production-grade AI automation and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, RAG and document-intelligence systems, API integrations, orchestration, monitoring, reusable AI assets, and mentoring a small engineering team to deliver frequent releases and measurable business impact.
