Manage Easy Ice’s Salesforce platform, including configuration, security, user administration, integrations, data quality, release management, reporting, and governance. Lead and mentor application support staff, prioritize enhancement requests, translate business needs into scalable solutions, coordinate consultants and vendors, monitor platform health, and provide user training. Ensure Salesforce supports sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and operations while maintaining documentation, compliance, and long-term platform improvements.

Supports Enterprise sales teams throughout the customer lifecycle, including lead qualification, proposals, contracts, onboarding, installation coordination, CRM maintenance, pipeline reporting, and customer service. Manages the enterprise buyback process by coordinating asset evaluations, approvals, lien releases, supply chain, legal, finance, and customer payments. Also supports sales meetings, collateral, training, client communication, and proactive issue resolution across internal teams.

Develop new B2B accounts through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, presentations, product demonstrations, and one-call-close selling. Manage a local territory, conduct ice machine site surveys, coordinate installations with operations teams, maintain Salesforce pipeline records, meet sales and installation targets, and report daily results. This remote home-office role requires frequent in-market activity and local travel.
