Administer and secure the organization’s GitHub environment, including repositories, permissions, branch protections, security controls, and CI/CD workflows. Build automation with GitHub Actions, APIs, and scripting; monitor reliability against SLOs; troubleshoot incidents; and improve developer experience. Integrate identity providers and security tools, support migrations, maintain documentation, and guide teams on GitHub usage and Copilot adoption. The role requires SRE or DevOps experience, infrastructure-as-code, containers, cloud platforms, and observability tooling.

Manage and integrate products across programs, plan/schedule/monitor projects, coordinate cross-functional Agile teams, support cloud migration/modernization, apply PM standards, track finances and EVM, and ensure timely releases through deployment.

Implement, automate, and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure and services. Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code, develop automation scripts and tooling, monitor performance and cost, troubleshoot issues, and document architecture and operational decisions while partnering with product and engineering teams to improve scalability, reliability, and security.

Lead ICAM engineer designing and evaluating federal identity solutions using Microsoft Entra ID. Drive compliance with FICAM/NIST guidance, architect Entra ID and AD integrations, lead Agile teams, author KBAs, perform risk management and stakeholder analysis, and support long-term planning and vendor engagement.
