Lead development of solar PV projects in Illinois and Maryland from early-stage through permitting and investment milestones. Manage site control, permitting, interconnection, consultants, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination to mitigate risks and advance projects to financing, acquisition, or construction readiness.

Lead preparation of US GAAP financial statements, manage project-level accounting from development through sale, oversee budgeting, cash forecasting, internal controls, audits, and tax compliance. Build and lead the accounting team, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support due diligence and board reporting, and ensure accurate revenue recognition and capitalization across a multi-project renewable energy portfolio.
