Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the SVP and US Affiliate Leadership Team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, document preparation, action-item tracking, cross-functional coordination, budget and invoice support, and process improvement. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, strong organization, and proactive management of executive and affiliate operations.

Provides strategic administrative and operational support to senior executives, managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, meetings, events, communications, expenses, board activities, and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinates leadership operations, tracks priorities and deliverables, supports governance and organizational effectiveness, and serves as a trusted liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Leads Quality Control strategy and execution for clinical and commercial manufacturing, ensuring GMP compliance, inspection readiness, analytical method lifecycle management, release and stability testing, specifications, investigations, data integrity, and external laboratory performance. Oversees regulatory CMC submissions, vendor partnerships, QC capabilities, and team development across a matrixed biotechnology organization.
