Design, build, and operate a reliable, scalable developer platform and cloud infrastructure (GCP/GKE). Lead SRE practices: SLO/SLI, observability, incident response, on-call, automation, security-by-default, Terraform IaC, CI/CD, capacity planning, mentoring, and platform enablement across teams.

Lead systems engineering and architecture for safety-critical autonomous drone systems. Define traceability and verification strategies, ensure regulatory compliance (DO-178C/DO-254/ARP4754A), lead safety assessments, select requirements/MBSE tools, mentor the team, and coordinate cross-functional integration through certification.

Lead design and development of high-performance, offline-capable iOS (iPad) and Android apps for mission-critical drone operations. Build real-time maps, video streaming, telemetry overlays; integrate with hardware; optimize battery, memory, and latency; implement offline-first sync; collaborate with backend/hardware teams; mentor engineers and establish CI/CD, testing, and security best practices.

Lead and own the Internal Developer Platform strategy, team, and execution. Build cloud-native, self-service tooling that improves developer experience while balancing security, compliance, and reliability. Serve as platform product owner, define architecture, prioritize features, collaborate with engineering/product leaders, and communicate outcomes to executives.
