Work directly with senior leadership and day-to-day teams at some of Dispatch’s largest accounts. Maintain account retention while providing exceptional customer service and developing client relationships. Identify and close new opportunities within an existing customer base. Create and execute on an account plans to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities. Exceed monthly/quarterly growth and renewal goals. Proactively drive accounts with minimal oversight. Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying an understanding of the unique requirements of the key decision makers (sales, marketing, finance, etc.); coaching others regarding best practices and techniques. Serve as an escalation path for critical support issues and customer concerns. Work closely with the Dispatch Product team to provide the voice of the customer and input to the development roadmap, and help design the next generation of great product offerings. Keep up to date on new product releases to maximize opportunities in the prospect and account base.

Sales Operations Manager

Analyze the performance of the sales and marketing organizations throughout the sales process to identify areas of concern and best practices. Use this analysis to proactively provide feedback and areas of focus to improve performance.
