Supports growth and adoption of RPA across the Defense Health Agency and related organizations. Identifies automation opportunities, conducts customer and process-discovery engagements, manages the opportunity pipeline, and coordinates with technical teams. Develops marketing strategies, presentations, demonstrations, capability materials, and awareness campaigns. Maintains stakeholder relationships, tracks engagement and conversion metrics, documents projected benefits, and reports pipeline status to program leadership.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain UiPath RPA solutions enhanced with agentic AI. Analyze business processes, gather requirements, document workflows, integrate systems, monitor automated processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize solutions. Provide user training and support while collaborating with stakeholders and recommending AI and automation best practices.

Evaluates current and anticipated wastewater discharges, reviews monitoring data, conducts site investigations and targeted sampling, identifies pollutants of concern, and develops defensible pretreatment requirements, local limits, and management practices. The role also supports environmental compliance documentation, management plans, policies, and procedures while ensuring adherence to the Clean Water Act and health, safety, and environmental standards.
