Develop new freight-forwarding business, identify markets, generate leads, secure customers, and grow existing accounts. Set and monitor sales targets, activity metrics, and KPIs; maintain client relationships; understand Asian market trends; present effectively; and promote sales excellence by sharing best practices and leading team initiatives.

Supports customer service, client relationship management, freight rate quotations, shipment status reporting, product promotion, prospect qualification, and sales lead development. Coordinates with overseas offices, agents, internal departments, and sales teams to increase business volume and ensure efficient daily sales activities. The role also promotes logistics services to existing and prospective customers while maintaining strong communication and organizational standards.
