Oversees commercial, product, merchandising, marketing, and go-to-market strategies; uses consumer and market insights to drive brand relevance and performance. Builds high-performing teams, aligns cross-functional stakeholders, manages P&L performance, and delivers sales, market share, margin, and profitability objectives.

Own regional wholesale sales strategy for Topo Athletic, managing revenue, margin, sell-through, forecasting, and retail growth. Lead independent and technical sales representatives, build relationships with retail buyers, present collections, secure purchase orders, and coordinate replenishment and marketing initiatives. Use CRM and BI tools to monitor performance and provide market insights. Represent the brand at industry events and community activations. The role requires extensive travel and hybrid work from the Framingham, Massachusetts office.

Provides customer and retailer support across phone, email, CRM, warranties, returns, replacements, shipment claims, and issue resolution. Processes wholesale, demo, and retail orders; manages account applications, credits, discounts, payment terms, revisions, and product updates using NetSuite and NuORDER. Builds relationships with sales partners and retailers while supporting office administration, shipping, and cross-functional business needs.
