Supports post-trade financial services operations, including client trade setup, transactional reporting, break investigation and resolution, trade monitoring, settlements, trade conversions, and stakeholder coordination. Responds to client queries and may rotate across middle office, equity swaps, trade support, institutional oversight, and loan operations projects. The role provides training and exposure to multiple financial institutions and post-trade functions.

Perform portfolio data analysis, reconciliation, compliance testing, and structured finance calculations for CLO/CDO transactions. Prepare investor reports, model reporting requirements, calculate payment waterfalls and distributions, and coordinate audit processes. Interpret complex legal documents and collaborate with portfolio managers, investors, rating agencies, investment banks, accountants, and auditors. The role requires strong Excel skills, CLO/CDO expertise, analytical ability, and at least two years of structured finance experience.

Supports the full lifecycle of CLO transactions, including indenture compliance reviews, asset reconciliations, trade settlement, cash flow updates, reporting, collateral tracking, transaction onboarding, and data quality resolution. The role collaborates with trustees, custodians, rating agencies, and portfolio managers while maintaining accurate deal records and staying current on structured credit and regulatory concepts.
