Support managed-service customers by administering production Oracle databases, including monitoring, backup and recovery, maintenance, patching, upgrades, performance troubleshooting, security, and high-availability solutions. Assist with installations, automation, documentation, incident and change management, and availability and capacity reporting. The role is customer-facing and involves supporting Oracle environments across on-premises and cloud platforms while developing Database-as-a-Service capabilities under senior DBA guidance.

The Oracle Applications Solutions Architect translates business needs into Oracle Applications solutions, guides implementation strategies, estimates project efforts, and collaborates across teams to ensure alignment with client goals.

Execute and optimize integrated B2B digital marketing campaigns across channels; support SEO/GEO and AI search visibility; manage Pardot/Salesforce marketing operations, landing pages, email nurtures, ABM, partner campaigns, analytics/reporting in Looker Studio, and test AI-driven marketing tools to improve efficiency and scale.

Develop and modernize enterprise Power BI reports using PBIP, advanced DAX, certified semantic models, Live Connections, and DirectQuery. Reconcile new reports with legacy systems, validate calculations and KPIs, optimize performance, and support UAT and enterprise rollout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments while following Git, Azure DevOps, source-control, governance, and release-management standards.

Lead delivery of Data Management and Analytics projects, manage project health across scope, schedule, budget and risks, act as primary client contact, drive customer satisfaction, position additional work, and direct globally distributed teams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
