Designs enterprise data and AI governance operating models, risk-tiering frameworks, lifecycle stage gates, and practical controls aligned with major AI governance standards and regulations. Uses Microsoft Purview and Fabric to implement governance, privacy, security, and insider-risk controls. Partners with sales, marketing, and practice leaders to shape offerings, lead client engagements, and develop the consulting team.

Leads the people-side adoption of data governance and technology engagements. Conducts ADKAR and readiness assessments, analyzes stakeholders and change impacts, coaches sponsors and managers, and develops communication, training, and reinforcement plans. Defines and reports adoption metrics, including for AI tools and governance policies. Facilitates discovery workshops and supports sales pursuits as a change-management subject matter expert. This is an individual-contributor, fully billable consulting role.

Leads design services and Design Sprint engagements as the primary experience designer. Conducts user research, maps journeys, prototypes solutions, tests with users, facilitates discovery workshops, supports delivery backlogs, validates usability and business outcomes, trains others in the DRIVE framework, and maintains design methods and templates. This is a 100% billable individual contributor role requiring 7–10 years of experience design.

Defines and documents client business and technical requirements for analytics solutions, collaborates with developers on design and testing, and delivers data ingestion, reporting, dashboards, business intelligence, data warehousing, and advanced AI/ML applications. Partners with delivery and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provide analytics consulting, and recommend appropriate cloud and BI technologies.

Generate demand among enterprise and mid-market B2B prospects using account-based marketing, predictive scoring, persona mapping, and journey orchestration. Engage decision-makers, assess relevance, generate interest, lightly qualify prospects, and schedule sales appointments. Manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment while collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
