Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Windows desktop simulation software. Drive modernization, own feature delivery, resolve complex bugs and performance issues, mentor engineers, collaborate on QA/CI/CD, and document/share technical designs.

Design, implement, and ship end-to-end features across backend services and a React web client for a multi-tenant ERP. Own schema design, migrations respecting row-level security, integrations with platform services, and deliver high-quality, performant code with CI/CD, tests, and code review. Leverage AI coding assistants responsibly and collaborate cross-functionally to evolve shared platform libraries and developer tooling.

Lead ERP implementations by configuring, testing, training, troubleshooting, and supporting customers through go-live. Work with Delivery Managers to execute project plans, optimize processes, deliver training and documentation, and provide post-go-live hypercare while managing multiple customer engagements.
