The role partners with senior executives and sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive awareness, customer acquisition, retention, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, including sourcing, interviews, references, offer negotiation, and candidate experience management. Partner with leaders to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and execute recruiting strategies. Build talent pipelines, attract passive candidates, support diversity hiring goals, and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives in a fast-growing technology company.

Lead and coach a regional sales team to meet quota by enforcing sales methodology, CRM usage, prospecting, and account management. Recruit, mentor, and escalate customer/channel issues while driving territory growth and solution-oriented selling for cloud/data security products.
