As Manager of Channel Operations, you'll strategize and oversee processes to grow partner revenue, refining KPIs and insights while collaborating with leadership across teams.

Lead and scale a global renewals team to own end-to-end renewal processes, forecasting, risk identification, contract execution, and on-time close. Drive forecast accuracy, cohort renewal and on-time renewal KPIs, improve CRM/CLM tooling and playbooks, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to reduce cycle time and improve retention.
