Lead a cross-functional frontend/backend engineering team to deliver and operate production SaaS products. Provide technical leadership, guide architecture and tradeoffs, ensure reliability and observability, hire and develop engineers, partner with Product and Design, and integrate AI-enabled features while maintaining strong operational practices and compliance with security/regulatory standards.
