Benefits at Cricket Health

We offer medical, dental and vision benefits under the Company’s benefit plans, subject to the terms and conditions of the individual plans. Details about the health and dental benefits will be provided separately and specific plans available depends on employee home state. Cricket covers 90% for employees and 65% for dependents. The company will offer 22+ days PTO annually in addition to company holidays. This includes vacation, sick and personal time off but excludes Cricket holidays, disability, family leave, etc. We pay for 12 weeks of parental leave once a team member has a baby! We also paid a supplemental caregiver leave if needed. Employees will also be eligible for the Cricket Health 401K Plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. There is an effective 50% company match of annual salary up to $2,500.
