Process and record all charitable contributions and maintain accurate donor records in the CRM. Reconcile fundraising records with Finance, coordinate timely gift acknowledgements, respond to donor inquiries, and support CRM maintenance, data cleanup, reporting, and development operations to ensure data integrity and donor stewardship.

Lead and execute social media strategy and paid campaigns across major platforms; create and schedule organic content; manage executive LinkedIn thought leadership; monitor and analyze performance and sentiment using analytics tools; coordinate cross-functional content calendars; identify influencers and optimize social fundraising to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, credit card and bank reconciliations, month- and year-end journal entries, grant/restricted fund tracking, audit and 1099 preparation, assist with budget process, respond to finance tickets, and provide administrative support to finance leadership.
