Leads HomeBase’s fiduciary services and operational infrastructure, overseeing trust administration, team development, vendor management, invoicing, banking, reporting, controls, and client operations. Partners with attorneys, accountants, advisors, and banking teams to ensure accurate, compliant service delivery. Designs scalable workflows, drives process improvements, manages performance through EOS scorecards and KPIs, supports technology adoption, and expands fiduciary service capabilities.

Manages daily workflow queues for the Attorney Resource Center, ensuring assignments progress and are completed within service standards. Monitors workload, capacity, priorities, deadlines, and aging work; coordinates coverage; supports attorneys and requestors; communicates status and delays; addresses bottlenecks; and escalates service or capacity concerns. The role also provides workflow coverage, completes team assignments, and maintains knowledge of legal support services and departmental capabilities.

Design, develop, implement, support, and improve financial-system integrations, databases, reporting solutions, and automated processes. Lead technical financial systems projects from requirements gathering through implementation, focusing on Aderant Expert, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and T-SQL. Collaborate with Finance, IS, vendors, and business stakeholders; troubleshoot complex data issues, optimize database performance, document technical solutions, and support multiple concurrent initiatives.

Conduct daily conflicts research, run and analyze conflicts searches, identify potential conflicts, maintain conflicts database data integrity, and process electronic client and matter opening requests. Research corporate information using legal and business databases, communicate with attorneys and staff, manage multiple assignments and deadlines, and support conflicts-related projects independently or collaboratively.

Independently manage a portfolio of complex property subrogation claims from assignment to resolution. Investigate losses, evaluate liability and damages, develop recovery strategies, prepare demand packages, negotiate settlements, support litigation/arbitration, collaborate with legal and SMEs, maintain accurate files, meet recovery/productivity targets, and mentor junior staff.
