Lead cyber incident response engagements from scoping through recovery across multi-system environments. Coordinate claims teams, breach counsel, forensic providers, policyholders, and other stakeholders; oversee investigations, manage timelines and scope creep, translate forensic findings for technical, legal, and executive audiences, and handle legally sensitive materials. The role also contributes to incident response methodologies, playbooks, and tooling.

Handle and adjust cyber insurance claims including coverage analysis, investigation, incident response, reserve evaluation, management of defense/coverage counsel, reinsurance reporting, claim disposition, and client/broker communications and presentations.

Drive Cowbell's distribution strategy across the Northwest territory by building and onboarding broker and agency relationships, meeting production quotas, and executing regional sales plans. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, manage activity metrics, and convert early-stage relationships into revenue while collaborating cross-functionally to grow cyber insurance business.
