Supports project budgets, timelines, reporting, client satisfaction, and transition to ongoing support. Requires regular travel and off-hours work.

Leads complex client infrastructure, cloud, security, and end-user technology projects from design through deployment and post-implementation support. Responsibilities include migrations, network and firewall deployments, server upgrades, SSO and MFA implementations, office relocations, technical troubleshooting, documentation, end-user training, budget and timeline support, and project handoffs. Provides senior technical leadership while collaborating with project managers, engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders in an MSP environment.
