Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, book meetings, maintain CRM records, and follow up with prospects. Collaborate with founders to improve targeting, messaging, sequences, and outbound strategy. High performers may progress to Account Executive responsibilities, including discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.

Own customer onboarding, implementation, adoption, account health, escalations, renewals, and expansion for Coperniq customers. Configure the platform around contractor workflows, conduct health checks and QBRs, coordinate with Product and Engineering, translate customer feedback into product improvements, and help build scalable customer success processes and playbooks.

Lead the development of Coperniq's platform by designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack solutions while collaborating with teams and mentoring juniors.
