The Director of Tax independently leads tax strategy, planning, compliance, and reporting across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Responsibilities include tax equity structures, federal and state filings, transaction guidance, tax provisions, HLBV models, indirect taxes, advisor management, and policy development. The role partners with accounting, finance, legal, project development, and operations teams to identify tax opportunities, mitigate risks, and educate non-tax professionals. Renewable energy tax credit expertise, including ITC and PTC, is required.
