Build a repeatable growth engine with targets, forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing discipline. Guide senior leaders, oversee innovation and service scaling, strengthen strategic partnerships, align sales and marketing, and ensure effective handoffs from pursuit through delivery while expanding CDP’s impact across public media and nonprofit markets.

Manage People Operations infrastructure, including compensation cycles, HRIS administration, workforce analytics, compliance reporting, benefits enrollment, automation, and employee self-service. Develop dashboards and executive insights, maintain salary structures and data controls, coordinate audits and vendors, and lead scalable People Operations projects. The role requires strong HR expertise, technical systems administration, advanced Excel and analytics skills, project management, and responsible use of AI and employee data.

Leads complex client onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-launch support. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners, manages integrated plans, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and executive communications. Builds trusted client relationships, leads escalations, supports process and journey mapping, and identifies systemic improvements across engagements. The role requires adapting Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery approaches while driving successful adoption of new tools, workflows, and business processes.
