Supports the Talent Acquisition team by maintaining ATS records, updating job sheets, posting openings, coordinating interviews, organizing applications, generating recruiting reports, and assisting with onboarding. Ensures data accuracy, communicates with candidates and stakeholders, handles confidential information, and performs general administrative duties in a high-volume recruiting environment.

Leads product vision, roadmap, requirements, backlog, market positioning, and lifecycle execution for proprietary software applications. Partners with Engineering, UX, QA, architecture, data operations, and IT Project Management in agile delivery. Develops AI prototypes, analyzes competitors and product metrics, supports RFPs, creates product content, and drives launch readiness, adoption, and stakeholder alignment.

Owns the strategy, roadmap, requirements, backlog, positioning, and lifecycle execution for proprietary software products. Partners with engineering, UX, QA, architecture, data operations, and project management teams in an Agile environment. Conducts market and competitive analysis, supports product launches, creates AI prototypes, develops client-facing content, and contributes to RFP responses. Requires strong technical, product leadership, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
