Lead GHG inventories and sustainability reporting for real estate clients; manage data collection, onboarding to Conservice's platform, quality-checking, and client communications. Produce analyses (e.g., SB 253, embodied carbon), prepare reports and submissions, collaborate with internal teams and external assurers, and drive process improvements to support sustainability program delivery.

Lead high-value real estate client portfolios delivering sustainability strategy, reporting, and data analysis (GRESB, CDP, GHG inventories, materiality, TCFD/GRI alignment). Manage projects, mentor staff, expand services, resolve escalations, and contribute to thought leadership and business development.

The Client Success Manager (WasteX) owns end-to-end customer experience and value delivery for the WasteX program. Responsibilities include onboarding customers, building executive- and frontline-level relationships, driving ROI and retention, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and processes.

Plan and support enterprise-level client projects: develop scope and timelines, maintain documentation and trackers, define roles and escalation, support pilots and transitions, track status, run client check-ins, and identify operational gaps for process improvement.

Lead technical delivery for bulk internet deployments (MDU and SFR), managing site surveys, vendor/ISP engineering coordination, hardware provisioning, risk logging in Salesforce, and ensuring on-time network turn-up and operational handoff.

Provide administrative and enablement support to Sales Leaders and the Revenue team: manage calendars, travel and expenses, assist with commission reconciliation, maintain CRM and pipeline data, prepare reports and presentations, execute ABM outreach (LinkedIn, direct mail), support sales enablement tools, coordinate meetings and documentation, and assist cross-functional projects to drive sales operations efficiency.

Own and deliver multiple bulk internet service implementations from contract through PMS integration, resident communications, go-live, and handoff. Drive time-to-market, manage stakeholders and ISP partners, enforce scope, ensure data integrity across systems, meet KPI targets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful launches.

Lead, mentor, and grow a software engineering team to deliver high-quality, scalable microservice-based solutions. Manage Agile processes, collaborate with Product, enforce engineering best practices, and drive continuous improvement in architecture, quality, and team performance. Participate in hiring, backlog planning, and drive measurable improvements in engineering execution.

Lead and scale the WasteX program by managing multi-tiered teams, optimizing end-to-end operations and logistics, ensuring data integrity and compliance, serving as senior client escalation, building SOPs and automated workflows, mentoring future leaders, and proactively mitigating risks to preserve client milestones and satisfaction.
