Participate in four six-month Finance rotations covering planning, analysis, reporting, accounting, and ad hoc projects. Leads and scales a global team of 18 sales development professionals, transforming outbound and ABM execution. Owns the SDE technology stack, Salesforce workflows, AI and automation strategy, predictive intent integrations, account scoring, and cross-functional alignment with Sales and Demand Generation. Builds dashboards and governance to measure account engagement, pipeline velocity, productivity, ROI, and technology adoption. The role is hybrid and based in Natick, Massachusetts.

Lead global Record-to-Report accounting operations and transformation: oversee general ledger, intercompany, consolidation, reconciliations, statutory reporting, audits, internal controls, and drive automation, AI/GenAI enablement, ERP modernization, and operational KPIs across global teams.

The role involves designing and building user interfaces for industrial automation systems, improving frontend architecture, collaborating with backend engineers, and ensuring quality through testing and code reviews.

Lead HRIS strategy and roadmap, manage Workday implementation/configuration/integrations, oversee release management, reporting and analytics, vendor relationships, and a support team; partner with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive automation, process improvements, and an improved employee experience.

Design, develop, test, and maintain firmware, user interfaces, PC applications, and web services for machine vision sensors. Lead scrum stories, drive design reviews and code quality, mentor junior developers, integrate core vision features, debug customer issues, and collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to meet milestones.

Lead global demand generation: develop multi-year growth roadmap, manage a 20-person distributed team and $5M+ budget, implement ABM and customer marketing, optimize full-funnel KPIs and marketing-to-sales handoffs, leverage intent and usage signals for cross-sell/up-sell, and ensure Salesforce/Account Engagement tech stack alignment.

Lead global SAP supply chain and logistics capability: define roadmap, deliver and support SAP solutions (MM, PP, QM, PLM, LE, GTS, IBP), manage a global team and vendors, drive S/4HANA modernization and integrations, ensure stable operations and SLAs, and apply Agile and continuous improvement to improve service quality and scalability.

Manage customer-facing high-tech integration projects from pre-sales through delivery. Plan resources, develop schedules, track milestones, control scope, manage risks, maintain documentation, and ensure quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
