Own a defined territory as an individual-contributor sales leader. Success depends on consistent prospecting, conversion, revenue generation, and collaboration with internal business development and marketing teams.

Lead hands-on consulting engagements with owner-led businesses to improve operations, financial controls, organizational effectiveness, and profitability. Serve as the client’s on-site strategic partner, implementing solutions, coaching owners and employees, managing change, and driving measurable improvements across income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and quality of life. This role requires full domestic travel, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial management skills.
