Clinical Research IO (CRIO) Benefits Overview

Manage onboarding for newly signed clients, including project overviews, recurring stakeholder calls, live remote trainings, and product engagement evaluation. Responsibilities include leading Scrum processes, managing and prioritizing backlogs, coordinating releases and projects, facilitating stakeholder communication, optimizing sprint delivery, and aligning engineering teams and business stakeholders around product value. The role requires software product ownership experience, Agile and SAFe knowledge, technical and business judgment, strong communication, and familiarity with Jira and GitHub. Clinical data and eClinical workflow experience are preferred.
