Lead implementation of the Party at the Polls turnout program across a regional portfolio: recruit and support local partners, monitor activation quality and compliance, provide trainings and voter protection support, report field learnings, and drive attendee recruitment to ensure safe, nonpartisan community voting events.

Lead nationwide implementation of the 2026 Party at the Polls voter turnout program: run a grant program, manage partnerships and JEAs, supervise a team of 3-5 organizers, ensure field learnings inform national strategy, deploy voter protection resources to high-risk areas, and oversee large-scale events and program compliance.
