Lead product roadmap and delivery for Citizens' Client Platform. Translate vision into requirements, prioritize backlog, partner with agile teams, ensure regulatory compliance, drive UX and data-informed decisions, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Support industry-aligned investment banking team on business development and execution for public and private clients. Build valuation analyses and financial models, prepare pitch and marketing materials, conduct due diligence, manage data rooms, and assist with legal documentation throughout transaction processes.

Lead development, launch, and lifecycle management of liquidity products (structured deposits, breakable CDs, variable rate notes, on/off-balance solutions). Drive market research, regulatory alignment (LCR/NSFR/Basel), pricing, cash pooling strategies, and business cases. Manage cross-functional project delivery, system/API integrations, stakeholder communications, KPIs, and product training while collaborating with Treasury, Risk, Securities, and Sales.
