Provide remote customer support via phone and email, monitor live trips, resolve and escalate issues, document interactions in Sprinklr, coordinate with internal teams, and support continuous improvement and training efforts. Must work flexible nights and weekends.

Provide entry-level operational support for charter and shuttle trips: audit trip details, respond to provider calls/emails, source last-minute transportation, coordinate schedule changes and disruptions, monitor active trips, document communications, escalate complex issues, prepare weekly reports, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve workflows and provider experience.

The Revenue Operations Associate will optimize revenue processes, enhance sales productivity, manage CRM systems, and develop KPI dashboards while collaborating across departments.

Prospect and generate outbound leads through calls and emails, qualify prospects, schedule meetings for Account Executives, manage opportunities and activity in Salesforce, collaborate with sales team, conduct market research, and meet weekly/monthly outbound and lead-generation quotas.

The Enterprise Events Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for large enterprise deals, ensuring operational credibility and client satisfaction through effective relationship management and strategic thinking.
