Owns UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management configuration, testing, integrations, timekeeping, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Supports audits, reconciliations, tax registrations, garnishments, year-end reporting, employee inquiries, and payroll or HRIS implementations. Partners with Finance, IT, People Ops, and other teams while maintaining payroll documentation and controls.

Leads a team of Admissions Coordinators handling prospective client and referral-source calls. Oversees hiring, training, performance reviews, scheduling, service levels, call quality, admissions quotas, documentation, and client communication. Partners with internal teams and executive leadership to improve admissions and discharge processes, meet KPIs, and maintain patient satisfaction and timely admissions.

The Integrative Group Facilitator leads virtual group therapy sessions, implementing creative and contemplative techniques to support clients with mental health challenges. They work flexibly and collaboratively with clients of all ages, focusing on integrating various therapeutic modalities to enhance healing.
