Lead the production team for Cyberpunk 2, partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional development teams. Responsibilities include team building, coaching, project planning, scheduling, roadmapping, requirements gathering, process improvement, bottleneck removal, incremental delivery, and fostering empowered, high-performing teams. The role requires extensive AAA game development experience and strong knowledge of game production pipelines, Agile practices, Jira, Confluence, continuous integration, DevOps, and test-driven development.

Leads narrative production for a AAA RPG, overseeing story, quests, cinematics, animation, motion capture, performance capture, and voice recording. Partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align vision, improve planning and production processes, manage roadmaps and schedules, remove bottlenecks, and foster incremental delivery. Builds, coaches, and scales high-performing, self-organizing production teams while promoting continuous improvement and effective collaboration.

Conduct high-fidelity photogrammetry scans of actors, props, environments, materials, and textures. Process captured imagery into 3D assets, maintain and troubleshoot scanning equipment, and improve scanning tools, workflows, pipelines, and studio setups. Collaborate with the Boston Motion Capture team on on-site production support. The role requires photography and camera expertise, photogrammetry experience, and proficiency with 3D modeling software.
