Manage day-to-day sales operations for a wholesale garden center, lead and develop a team of up to 10 sales reps, handle hiring, training, scheduling, forecasts, orders, quotes and reservations, track performance metrics, document processes, and liaise with buyers and management to improve product and process flow.

Independently monitor and maintain annual and perennial greenhouse crops, apply fertilizers/chemicals/biologics, control temperature and humidity, record and analyze growth data, identify and solve crop challenges, and collaborate with management on nutrition and operational decisions.
