Lead and manage the summer academic program and teaching team: plan schedules, organize resources, run staff development, observe and appraise teaching, cover classes, support student wellbeing, perform some overnight residential duties, and coordinate with center management to ensure smooth operation.

Lead and provide hands-on IT support for campus hardware, networks, and software. Ensure high-speed connectivity, cybersecurity, and data backups. Administer school systems, manage local IT budget, support educational technology integration, run orientations, and liaise with global IT. Participate in leadership planning and ensure student data privacy compliance (COPPA, FERPA).
