Supervise collection operations, drivers, and helpers while ensuring safety, compliance, route efficiency, and operational goal achievement. Lead onboarding, coach performance, investigate accidents and disputes, complete required documentation, and develop team members. Collaborate with operations leadership on tactical initiatives and create logistical plans to optimize routes and service efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, clean CDL, OSHA training, strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and legal U.S. work eligibility.

Architects, implements, administers, and continuously improves identity and access management controls across enterprise applications and infrastructure. Manages provisioning, deprovisioning, entitlement reviews, role-based access, authentication, MFA, Active Directory, and identity platforms. Partners with HR, IT, audit, compliance, vendors, and business stakeholders to support employee lifecycle controls, resolve IAM incidents, maintain regulatory compliance, document processes, and improve security architecture. Provides operational guidance, troubleshooting, training, and support for IAM technologies and security controls.
