Provides eight hours of weekly clinical support to an outpatient program, including assessments, interventions, and intern support.

Manages enterprise data systems, data warehouses, integrations, governance, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. Develops SQL-based datasets, Power BI dashboards, Crystal Reports, and analytical tools using clinical, financial, operational, and administrative data. Partners with leadership, research, quality, finance, vendors, and program teams to support compliance, evaluation, strategic decisions, and process improvement. Oversees data quality, documentation, system enhancements, user training, and presentation of actionable findings.

Provides mental health clinical services to clients with co-occurring disorders in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include assessments, individualized service planning, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, case coordination, referrals, utilization management, documentation, billing authorization support, team meetings, and clinical supervision. The role uses trauma-informed, strength-based, and evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and relapse prevention.

Provides bilingual case management and care coordination for patients and children in a residential behavioral health program. Develops service plans, coordinates medical and community services, supports DCF and legal obligations, facilitates recovery groups, maintains documentation, and provides crisis intervention, advocacy, and discharge planning.
