Lead scientific and technical strategy for NavDx product portfolio, driving assay development, analytical validation, translational research, and clinical evidence generation. Oversee cross-functional product teams, laboratory transfer, regulatory and reimbursement support, external collaborations, and team building to advance HPV-related and future oncology diagnostics from concept through clinical implementation and commercialization.

Lead development and execution of reimbursement strategy to secure VA and government payer coverage for HPV-driven cancer testing. Build evidence and value propositions, negotiate payer agreements, collaborate cross-functionally on clinical and HEOR initiatives, monitor policy changes, and prioritize Medicaid and other government payers to expand utilization.

Lead establishment and governance of customer master data across CareDx, build golden records, manage Salesforce stewardship, perform identity resolution and initial data cleanup, ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI/PII, operationalize data governance, partner on system integrations, and document/train stakeholders.

Compile and submit medical record and appeal packets to payers via portals, fax, and mail; follow up to ensure receipt; obtain patient AORs as needed; resolve aged submissions; coordinate with Payer Dispute Resolution, Market Access, and Revenue Cycle teams; assist with denial queue management in a high-volume environment.

Serve as the Coupa Procure-to-Pay Product Owner and procurement manager: define P2P operating model, own Coupa roadmap, enforce PO compliance and controls, lead supplier lifecycle and sourcing, drive process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to ensure cost-effective, compliant procurement.
